| I think the most trouble-free of those you've mentioned are the Bradford Pear and the Liquidambar. The foliage on the non-producing tree are exactly the same (non-productive is male; seed producers are female). Each of these varieties produces brilliant fall color; their foliage is different in appearance which will provide some additional interest, and both have attractive canopy shapes.
