| Arabian Jasmine or Jasminum sambac is actually a warm weather jasmine and does fairly well as a houseplant so I hope the porch is not too cold for it -- it needs a nighttime temperature above 60 degrees. It needs ample warmth and humidity to bloom and performs beautifully when set outside in the summer time. It needs lots of light to continue blooming in the winter, and it can be difficult to keep it humid enough during the heating season as well. I would wait until spring to repot it. Fertilize while it is actively growing with a water soluble fertilizer with an analysis of 10-10-10 plus minors or possibly 10-20-10 or similar proportion, follow the label instructions.
