I checked the Monrovia on line plant list and there is no mention of a weeping Forest Pansy, in fact I found no weeping form of Cercis canadensis at all listed. A weeping Cercis canadensis called "Covey" or sometimes called "Lavender Twist" is available in the trade -- but it is not the same tree as "Forest Pansy" and it has green foliage, not purple. Perhaps this is what your nursery has? Please keep in mind that the retailers that sell Monrovia products are independent stores and carry both Monrovia and products from other suppliers. Since they are independent stores I have no way to check what they might or might not have in stock at any given time. I hope this helps.
