Question: Your sales person, Melissa, was in the nursery today and I mentioned that I have had a lot of problems with the carpet roses. She said they had a fungus in MO and did not do well. My question is this: Why do I pay full price for a product that has a fungus or disease? Why was I not told? I have to replace several roses for customers and would like compensation for those I have lost. I hope you will stand behind your product when it has problems. Please email me with your response.
