Very strange. Something must be different in the soil where those pink ones are planted. Perhaps drier, or too wet. There is no known problem with the pink mandevillas vs. the white ones. Perhaps during or just after the planting process they suffered some root injury that the white ones did not. I would watch the soil moisture and hopefully they'll pull out of it soon.
