I recently purchased 4 Mandevilla vines, they are planted in full sun. The 2 white ones are doing great, the 2 pink ones (Alice DuPont)look horrible. The leaves are dropping and they're losing their flowers. They receive the same amount of water as the whites. I've fertilized all with Osmicote. Thank you for any suggestions. |
Pam, Very strange. Something must be different in the soil where those pink ones are planted. Perhaps drier, or too wet. There is no known problem with the pink mandevillas vs. the white ones. Perhaps during or just after the planting process they suffered some root injury that the white ones did not. I would watch the soil moisture and hopefully they'll pull out of it soon. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
