I live in the central Willamette Valley of Oregon. I just purchased some Iris Tubers but surprisingly I do not find a specific reference as to when they should be placed in the ground, on the package. I'm guessing that late September or early October would work out. Please confirm. Thank you in advance for your response. |
Iris grow from rhizomes and you can plant them anytime from spring through late fall. You can plant yours right now. Next spring they'll send up fans of foliage and they may even produce flowers for you. Hope so! |
