WILL TULIPS COME BACK EVERY YEAR IN DALLAS TX OR DOES IT NOT GET COLD ENOUGH ?

Richard,

Tulips do not naturalize and repeat well in the south. They are better treated as annuals, set out in late December or early January for late winter/spring bloom.
