I planted night scented stock (late in the season) they are going well but still look fragile. Shall I bring them in for winter? Are they perennial?

Stock is an annual plant, genetically programmed to die at the end of the growing season. They won't overwinter, either indoors or out. So, enjoy your plants while you can and plan to replace them next spring.
