| Hinoki Cyprus planted in the front of my house 1990. Currently it is about 9 feet high and 7 feet wide. It is too big for its location. Can it be prunned/trimmed, and if yes how much and when? Thanks in advance. Jay Allentown, PA |
| Unfortunately, this plant does not lend itself to trimming because it does not regrow from old wood. You can trim the newest growth lightly, but a major pruning will not work well. I'm sorry. |
