The Q&A Archives: Planting

Question: When is the best time to plant china girl holly?

Answer: In my experience it is best to plant them in the early spring, but they can also be planted in early fall. If you plant now make sure to mulch heavily in November and also provide a winter wind break. Water (if needed) to keep the soil evenly moist (not sopping wet) until it freezes.
