When is the best time to plant Marigolds, when do they stop flowering, and will they do well in my zone - 6?

Marigolds are grown as an annual, meaning they are planted each spring after the last frost, and die due to cold during the winter. Once they start to flower in early summer they will continue until frost in the fall. They should do well for you if planted in a sunny location with average or better soil, fertilized regularly and watered during dry spells. I hope this answers your question.
