I am looking for tabletop topiaries like boxwoods and rosemary. I want he ones that have tiny little stems, 12 inches or so, then a perfect ball on the top.
And there is one that I don't have the name of, but it looks like rosemary, but is much finer in texture. Someone said it started with an

I am not sure which plant you are referring to. It may be a type of dwarf Juniper (see following website for one example):
