Cordyline 'Baueri' is only hardy to zone 9 so you are going to have to bring them inside soon. Bring them indoors well before frost -- do not allow them to get colder than about 50 degrees. You may be able to keep them essentially resting as houseplants in a cool (not cold, 50 degrees minimum), very bright room. Water sparingly and do not fertilize while they are indoors. In the spring, cut them back hard and allow them to regrow next summer. This will also help control their size so they remain manageable in containers. Good luck!
