| A cool greenhouse will make nearly any camellia happy so your choice of plants will depend upon your color preference and preferred bloom time. Japonicas have huge blooms while the sasanquas are smaller but plentiful. And sasanquas also bloom earlier than japonicas generally do. Their blooming season begins in late fall and continues through early winter. Japonicas begin blooming in winter through early spring.
