Can I grow tulip yokohamas in doors and how do I take care of them

Tulips, including this one, would grow great planted outside in your area. They would be planted in mid to late October in a spot with full sun and well drained soil. To grow them indoors is fairly complex, because you have to provide them with a fairly long winter chilling period or they will not bloom. The overall process of growing bulbs in a container like this is called forcing, and once tulips have been forced they are usually thrown away. Here are instructions if you wish to try it.
