I live in Bay Shore N.Y. and was wondering if I should replant my tomatoes to the new site in late fall after the last harvest or in the spring after the last frost.

Tomatoes are not winter hardy so you would wait until spring to plant them. Wait until a week or two after the last frost so the soil has had time to warm up, if you plant your transplants into overly cold soil they will be stunted. Do not plant them in the same spot where you grew tomatoes this year. Good luck with your next summer crop!
