You could use a grass, but you'd need to mow it occasionally. Instead, I'd plant either Wooly Thyme or Pratia (Blue Star Creeper). Both plants will grow in full sun, take some foot (or tire) traffic, bloom off and on during the summer months, and will soften the look of the concrete in your parking pad.
