Can I grow Hydrangia, Sweet Peas and zinna's in Florida?

Adele,

Yes you can. Sweet peas should be planted in October or November for sprign blooms. Hydrangea needs a bright shady location and moist soil that has lots of peat moss or compost mixed in. Zinnias are easy and like sun and adequately moist soil. Fertilize them moderately to kept the plant green and healthy.
