| I bought three of sungold thread-branch cypress bushes ($21.99 @)in July and had them planted as indicated on the label. They were watered regularly. Two of the plants have died. The third may be on its way. Are your plants guaranteed. I am very disappointed. These plants are at the entrance to my house and needless to say, not very appealing. I would like to continue purchasing your products, but have gone sour on the quality since these have died. Never had this happen with an evergreen before. Help! |
| I'm sorry you are having trouble with your plants. Monrovia is a wholesale-only nursery and the plants are sold through independent retailers. For this reason, any return or warranty is based solely on the individual retailer's policy. I would suggest you consult with the manager of the store where you purchased your plants. |
