Outside the convention center in Philidelphia there were potted tree/shrubs. Single woody stalk about 2.5 feet with Pine needles a foot long coming out the whole length. Because the needles were so long it looked weeping. Some had stubby 2 inch long branches. I have photos but I don't know how to attach. I buy your plants from Natures Art in Cumberland MD. Hope you can help and better yet if yoou sell them. Thanks.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept attachments through this limited Q&A service. Based on your description, you might have seen fairly small specimens of Pinus palustris. If so, sadly it is not hardy in your area as it is rated only to zone 7B. Here is a photo and description to compare with. (You may need to cut and paste the complete url into your browser to make it work correctly.)

If this is not it, you might check with your local nursery staff and see if they can identify it from your photos -- and maybe suggest something to approximate it in your own garden.
