| Elaine, I cannot say if they are okay to eat or not but feel sure that at best they would not be very palatable. Those storage roots help the plant to return the following year. Ornamental sweet potatoes are very close to the ones grown for a food crop. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
