| We have a wonderful rock rose but it is getting a bit lanky. It is the end of October now and we won't have a freeze (generally) until late November/early December. Can we prune the rock rose now or do we need to wait? Thank you for your help. |
| Luanne, Better wait. Pruning now might encourage late season growth and would make the plant less hardy in many cases. You can prune it after the first couple of hard freezes or just wait until late winter. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
