I RECENTLY PURCHASED A BLUE GIRL HOLLY AS WELL AS A BLUE PRINCE HOLLY. I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOLLY PLANTS OTHER THAN YOU NEED A MALE AND FEMALE TO GET THE BERRIES. ARE THESE TWO VARIETIES OKAY TO PLANT WITH EACH OTHER FOR PROPER POLLINATION?

Your Blue Girl and Blue Prince hollies are blue hollies (Ilex x meserveae) and they both flower at the same time, so the Blue Prince will pollinate the Blue Girl and she will develop berries.
