The Q&A Archives: crocosmia corms

Question: I was given about 100 small crocosmia corms. The corms are smaller than a grape. Please tell me how deep to plant them and how far apart and any other advice you have. Thanks so much and I love your show!

Answer: Linda,

Plant them just to a depth of about 5 inches to base of the corm. Spacing is variable but something between 2 to 4 inches is about right. Give them a bright location, full to half day sun is great.

Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
