A friend gave me two mimosas, in tin cans, and said to |
Your friend might have been thinking you could temporarily plant the cans in a very sheltered location for the winter, then actually plant the trees in their permanent locations in the spring. These trees are normally planted in the spring so they can become well rooted and established before the winter cold. Either way, make sure to mulch them heavily in late fall and provide a wind break for them. Good luck with your baby mimosas! |
