| You'll want to remove the affected leaves and then trim the plant down after flowering. Bergenia will take full sun and look best when they receive ample moisture. Sometimes fertilizer will burn leaves and cause them to turn black. Some diseases willhave the same effect, as will severe frost. Let's hope for the best and presume it's frost damage.
