| Janie, Unfortunately lilacs suffer that far south and are poorly adapted. As an alternative shrub you might consider crape myrtle (pretty but lacks the fragrance) or Buddlea davidii (pretty and fragrant). Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
