My wife pulled two Yucca plants from a customers yard and wants to plant them in ours. If we plant them will they grow or should she have done something special to prepare them.

When you say your wife pulled, rather than your wife dug, I'm a little concerned about the root systems of the yucca plants. However, yucca's are relatively sturdy plants so I think they will recover, as long as they're planted as soon as possible (before the roots dry out too much) and you water them in well. Continue to water deeply once each week until winter sets in. By next spring you should see new growth. Best wishes with your yucca plants!
