| Did you know there are several hostas that will perform in full sun? They are a tender bulb that you would need to dig up in the fall and store over the winter. They are quite beautiful and showy. The foliage is lush and tropical and the flowers are spectacular. They are suitable for the area you describe. The dwarfs reach a height of only 2.5' so they shouldn't block your view.
