| Rose, We don't have lists of local landscapers. Your neighbor's recommendations and the local Yellow Pages are a good place to start. Regarding the shrub problem I suggest you take a sample from the plant along with a photo of the plant in its growing location (if possible) to your County Extension Office (281-855-5600) to see if they can help diagnose the problem and recommend an appropriate course of action.
