I need to know when to sow seeds and fertilizer on lawn in North Carolina .

Early spring or early fall (September or October) are good months for reseeding lawns. If you wait until late November, the seedlings won't have a change to develop before winter sets in. Fertilizing is generally done in April, June, September and late November or early December. Best wishes with your lawn!
