I planted a chinese pistachio 1+ year ago. It is adorned w/ berry clusters. I have several others w/o berries. Will this tree continue to berry out each year or is this a young tree issue. Will this tree develop differently than the others mentioned?

The difference between your trees is that the established trees are male and the newly planted tree is a female. She will continue to produce berries year after year. Your male trees won't ever produce berries, but they'll help the female in her production.

Best wishes with your landscape!
