I have purchased a Warren Red Holly and recently learned that it may need a male tree in order to produce berries. Please advise if this is true and what and where I can obtain this tree/ Thanks, I have asked the nurseries in this area and they have no answers. |
Randi, Yes it is true but if there are any wild possumhaws in the area (which you probably do) there is probably sufficient pollen to keep your tree in berries. I am not aware of any male possumhaw hollies sold by Monrovia. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
