bulbs in florida - Knowledgebase Question

Hi I got some Tulips, crocus , and dutch Iris bulbs couple of weeks ago. They are chilling in the fridge criper section. Do they have to be put there with some soil. and when do i plant them. and how to store them for next year after it dies.

Sunitha,

No just leave them in the refrigerator until late December or early January and then plant them outdoors. Restoring is usually not successful but if you are to try it, wait for the leaves to yellow and die back before digging, drying and storing them.
