Limelight Hydrangea (Hydrangea paniculata LIMELIGHT) is an extraordinary new Hydrangea with exquisite bright lime-green flowers. The vivid flower color is breathtakingly beautiful. This plant is hardy in USDA Zones 4 to 8 and produces large, 10-12? panicle flower heads in late summer (mid-August). The blooms last into fall (early October) and transform from green to shades of pink and burgundy. The late season effect of green and pink blooms on the same plant is breathtaking.

Unlike many Hydrangea species that often fail to bloom, Limelight Hydrangea is very reliable bloomer.

Limelight is at home in the back of a landscape bed and you can extend the cool green effect by planting hostas and ferns at its base, or in a sunny area, 'Green Goddess' calla lily and 'Green Envy' zinnia. Or, it contrasts beautifully with ornamental grasses, especially those with deep red or burgundy foliage.

Best wishes with your new hydrangea!
