I am looking for a tree that will grow to 20 feet as quickly as possible but remains only 4-5 wide at maturity. These trees are needed for a privacy hedge with very limited space. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Rather than planting a tree, why not consider a row of Thuja (American Arborvitae) for your privacy screen? These shrubs can grow 20' tall yet remain only 2-3' wide at maturity. They are moderate growers (about 12" a year) and are available in 12-15' selections as well as smaller 4-6' sizes. They're low maintenance and adapt to many soil types. Hope these work for you!
