My blue morning glories produced very few seeds and they all seem underdeveloped. What is the best time of the year to collect them? If I leave the underdeveloped seeds on the vine longer will they eventually develop?

Morning Glory typically produces lots of viable seeds. If your plant is not producing mature seeds, it may be due to poor pollination (no insect activity) or because they have not had enough time to mature. Leave the seedpods alone and they may mature. Hope so!
