I bring my yard plants into the house each winter. We expect freezing temps. here soon. Some are already potted, some I dick up and re-pot.

How can I make sure I don't have any burrowing snakes present in my potted plants when I bring them inside?

Joe,

That is very unlikely and in fact I have never heard of a snake burring into a container as containers don't allow much room for such. I would check the surface for holes indicating something has burrowed into the soil if you want to be sure.

Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
