We have some newly (this summer) planted Nellie Stevens holly. approx. 7ft tall. Someone hit 4 of them with a car this week. Is it okay to replant them now or wait til spring? Temps here are freezing at night and low 50's during the day. Thank you, Dale

Dale,

Wow those hollies have had a bad week! Yes I would go ahead and replant them right away. Trim back any broken branches and water the plants in well. Hopefully if the roots have not dried out they will be fine.

Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
