What time of year should I plant 1 gallon heucheras? I need to plant 28 of them. Any ideas on where to get them?

In your mild climate you can plant any time of the year. If natural rainfall is sparse, be sure to water your new plant deeply once each week. You should be able to find the coral bells you're looking for at one of the following local retailers:
