| If you're just starting out, plugs would be the most cost-effective way. You can grow them on and sell them in 4" pots. For some pointers, why not contact some local nurseries? Even though you'll eventually be competing with them, I'll bet they'll share some inside information - gardeners and nurserymen love to share their knowledge and skills.
