Dianne,

It is propagated from cuttings taken most any time you wish. Cut a section of flat stem into sections about 3-4 inches long. Allow it to set out of the sun and dry for a couple of days and then stick the cut piece with the end that was toward the roots down into a fresh potting or rooting mix. Cover with a clear cover and keep moist not soggy. Place in a bright area out of direct light.
