| I am not a big gardener but I have a big one. Which perennials can I use in my area in partial shade? Can I grow Aucuba in Miami and do you have a male and a female? | Imme, Aucuba is marginally adapted to your zone but is worth a try. Fatsia should do fine. Monrovia carries both of these. They also carry a couple of species of Osmunda but they are not rated to your heat zone. I'd consider them pretty iffy. Check out the following web site.
