Coleus is a tender annual and likes warm weather. Wait until spring when nighttime temperatures remain above 60F and daytime temperatures are about 70F. When moving your plants outside, set them first in a shaded area so they can adjust, them gradually move them to a sunnier spot. This will eliminate much of the stress associated with moving seedlings from indoors to outdoors. Best wishes with your coleus!
