Hello,

How long can Cistus Salvifolia be expected to live? I will be planting it on a hot dry exposure.

Any insight would be great!
Thanks!

Cistus, or rockrose, can live for 5-7 years without problem and will sometimes live longer, depending upon the care it receives. Rockrose loves hot, dry spots and should do well in your southern California garden. Enjoy!
