Hello, I live in a high rise building with a very nice terrace. I have been trying to establish a good container garden, but am having a little trouble with the wind. I bought some grasses to protect a japanese maple(which now is doing well), but now the grasses do not seem too happy. Any help? |
There are a number of plants that tolerate wind. Among them are Nandina (heavenly bamboo); Fountain grass (Pennisetum setaceum); Eulalia grass (Miscanthus sinensis); Heuchera 'Plum Pudding'; various types of Rhododendron, and laurel.
