I have received a Dwarf Washinton Navel Orange and have it in a container on our deck. We are on a small island of 300 people and I don't think there are any other orange trees anywhere around us. I also have a mock orange tree. Do I need another orange tree for pollination?

This tree does not need another tree in the area in order to produced fruit, no. You may however want to help things along by using a soft bristled, dry paint brush to gently dab the blooms and thus spread the pollen. Also, since you mention it is on your deck, I hope you have brought it indoors for the winter as it will not tolerate frost or cold temperatures. Enjoy your orange tree!
