| I plan to start a good sized garden this year. I have an excellent, very old recipe for homemade tomato juice. Can you tell me which varieties of tomatoes might be better for making juice? I live in Zone 8A in east Texas. Thanks. |
| Pamela, Most types are going to be equally fine for juicing. The paste types are more meaty and not as suited as juice tomatoes but the rest of the standard slicing types should do well. In your area I suggest trying Celebrity or Better Boy. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
