I have A rose bush that spreads fast but only blooms one time even if i prun the dead heads off it blooms in mid spring to early summer it gets alot of blooms

Based on your description it sounds like you have a once-blooming rose, probably an old fashioned shrub rose. These will not bloom more than once a year, no matter how well you care for it or whether or not you remove the faded blooms.
