My red flowering anise were planted last December and did quite well during the summer months now several of them are light green in color and very droopy I don't know what to do. Maybe an acid fertilizer?

Wait until spring, then cut your plants back to encourage healthy new growth. At that time you can fertilize them and they should grow back looking healthy and happy.
